Eligibility Requirements ensure that students are placed in classes that match their age and development for the best learning experience.

Admission to classes Nursery & K.G Sections will be through informal interaction with parents and child.

Form Availability

Admission forms are available at the school’s reception or can be downloaded online.

Filling the Form

Ensure all sections are filled accurately and completely before submission.

Submission

Submit the completed form at the school reception during school hours.

The form will be reviewed, and eligible candidates will be notified for interaction.

Interaction / Assessment

Students will undergo a written test and interaction session as part of the selection process.

Admission Confirmation

Selected students will be informed about the admission status, followed by fee payment within a week.

Grounds for Discontinuation

Students may be asked to leave the school for the following reasons:

Disciplinary Issues

Students may be asked to leave due to repeated misconduct or breach of school rules.

Repeated Detentions

Continued detentions in the same class may lead to discontinuation of studies.

Failure in the Same Class Twice

Students who fail twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue their studies.

Policy

Withdrawal Process & Refunds

A simple and transparent process for withdrawing and claiming refunds.

  • A minimum one calendar month notice in writing is required for withdrawal. Failure to provide notice will result in one month’s fee being charged.
  • If a child is withdrawn after the academic session begins, an additional one-month fee will be charged.
  • Refundable One-time charges will be refunded upon submission of the Deposit Receipt and a completed application form, provided all dues are cleared.
  • Refunds for One-time charges must be claimed within one year of withdrawal.
  • Students withdrawing in May must pay fees for June.
  • Transfer Certificates are issued only after all school dues are settled.
